Kicking PancreAS™ 5K is a 5km nighttime run/walk established in 2014 by Craig’s Cause Pancreatic Cancer Society. Starting in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia, it has expanded nationwide to all 10 provinces to raise awareness and funds for pancreatic cancer research and support.

The 2025 event is held at Lake Banook in Dartmouth, featuring a 6:30 PM start time with check-in at 5:30 PM. Participants are encouraged to wear purple, glow-in-the-dark gear, and costumes. Race kit pickup occurs the day before at Decathlon, Mic Mac Mall. Onsite registration is not available, and spots are limited.

• Typically cool temperatures (8-15°C) and moderate humidity (~75%) in early October
