Kicking PancreAS™ 5K is an evening 5-kilometer run/walk event created by Craig’s Cause Pancreatic Cancer Society in 2014. The inaugural event took place in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia, and has since expanded to all 10 provinces in Canada. The event aims to raise awareness and funds for pancreatic cancer research, treatment, and support. Participants are encouraged to wear purple and glow-in-the-dark gear to "light up the night."

The event takes place along the Burlington Waterfront and features race kit pickup the day before the race. There is no onsite registration; all participants must register in advance.

• Road surface along Burlington Waterfront
• Start time at 5:00 PM with check-in at 4:00 PM
• Race route open for 90 minutes
• Typical late November temperatures 2°C to 6°C with high humidity (70-80%)

• Evening 5K run/walk along the Burlington Waterfront
• Participants receive a finisher medal, running bib, and swag
• Race kit pickup on November 29, 2025, at the Art Gallery of Burlington
• No onsite registration; pre-registration required
• Encouraged to wear purple and glow-in-the-dark gear to "light up the night"
