The Just Live Fun Run is an annual event organized by Just Live Events Inc., with the 2025 edition marking its third year. The event raises funds for the PRO CARE EHE Research Team at the Princess Margaret Cancer Centre, with all proceeds matched by the Sarcoma Cancer Foundation of Canada.

Participants can choose from multiple race categories including 1km walk/run, 5km walk, 5km run, and 10km run, as well as virtual options. The event promotes awareness and support for Epithelioid Hemangioendothelioma (EHE) research, inspired by Michelle's journey since her diagnosis in 2021.
