The Finlayson Arm Races offer challenging trail running experiences on Canada's West Coast with distances of 28k, 50k, and 50 miles. Participants will traverse coastal mountain trails featuring Arbutus trees and old-growth forests, starting at Goldstream Provincial Park. The courses include significant climbs with spectacular views of Mt. Finlayson, Mt. Work, and Jocelyn Hill, along with scenic spots like Cascade Creek Waterfall.

These endurance races emphasize safety with strict cutoff times and require participants to bring reusable cups as aid stations are cupless. Limited parking and crew access policies encourage carpooling and adherence to race rules outlined on the official site.
