Couch to a Voyageur is a conditioning program designed to prepare participants for the 60 km or 30 km distances of The Voyageur 200 gravel event. The program includes 16 guided rides between June 15 and August 10, 2025, focusing on the dirt roads and trails of the Nipissing District. Participants also receive a one-year membership with the North Bay Mountain Bike Association.

The Voyageur 200 aims to raise awareness for heart health disorders like Aphasia and supports the North Bay Regional Health Centre Foundation.
