The event includes mandatory gear requirements and aids stations with crew access for longer distances.

Racing begins on August 9, 2025, with pre-race check-in and swag pickup on August 8 at Mabou Gaelic College. A mandatory pre-race meeting occurs the evening before. This unique event promises an unforgettable trail running experience in Nova Scotia.
