5 Peaks Trail Running Series: Mount Seymour 2025

The fifth and final race of the 5 Peaks Trail Running Series in British Columbia takes place on the beautiful trails of Mount Seymour Provincial Park. Featuring Sport and Enduro courses through dense BC forests and around Goldie and Flower Lakes, this race provides an exceptional mountain experience just 30 minutes from Downtown Vancouver.

Runners and hikers can enjoy a variety of distances and challenges in a vibrant mountain environment with ample parking, spectator viewing areas, and post-race festivities.

• Kids races: 1 km (free) and 3 km ($28.82) kid’s runs begin at 8:15 a.m. and 8:45 a.m., respectively.
• Adult trail runs: Sport (6.5 km), Enduro (10 km), Grit (14.1 km) all start at 9:00 a.m., entry $85.
• Trail hikes: Sport Hike (6.5 km) and Enduro Hike (10 km) start at 8:00 a.m., entry $85.
• All races start and finish in the Mount Seymour Provincial Park area.
• Awards for top three in each gender and age category; finisher swag provided.

• Packet pick-up on Friday and Saturday at Distance Runwear North Vancouver.
• Multiple race start times on September 20th for kids runs and adult courses.
• No dogs, headphones, strollers, or Nordic poles allowed on course.
• Washrooms available in parking lot; spectators welcome at start/finish area.
• Sustainably sourced wooden finisher medals available for purchase.
• Awards ceremony at 11:30 a.m. recognizing age-group and overall top finishers.
