The 5 Peaks Cypress Mountain Race is the third event in the British Columbia trail running series, held in scenic West Vancouver. It features challenging singletrack and doubletrack trails with technical sections, roots, rocks, and elevation changes, including routes passing by two alpine lakes. Participants can enjoy post-race activities such as the Eagle Coaster, dining options, and axe throwing.

The event promotes a healthy and sustainable environment by being cup-free — runners should bring their own water bottles or use provided collapsible cups. The race is family-friendly with multiple distances including kids runs, trail runs, and hikes. For safety and enjoyment, no dogs, headphones, strollers, or nordic walking poles are allowed on course. Live tracking and turn-by-turn navigation are recommended via the RunGo app.
