2026 VFAC Summerfast 10km

2026 VFAC Summerfast 10km runs in Vancouver's Stanley Park on July 4, 2026, with a 10K start near Second Beach and a finish at Ceperley Field. This is a scenic, flat, fast road race along the Seawall, with water stations on course and a strong community feel. It is part of the Lower Mainland Road Race Series and supports McCreary Centre Society.

The race is hosted by the Vancouver Falcons Athletics Club (VFAC), is entirely volunteer-run for the club and local charities, and is well known locally for post-race food featuring home-baked goods from VFAC.

The route starts near the Second Beach concession, crosses Stanley Park Drive, loops around Lost Lagoon and Coal Harbour, then follows the Seawall counter-clockwise toward Lions Gate Bridge before returning to Ceperley Field. It is a scenic, very flat course with shared-use park pathways.
