About
The Tely 10 Mile Road Race is a long-running Newfoundland road race that brings runners through Paradise, Mount Pearl, and St. John’s. The 2026 edition is set for Sunday, June 28, with the main start at 8:00am and a wheelchair start at 7:57am.
It’s a straightforward road-race day with a strong local following and a public-road course through the metro area. Finishers receive a custom medal, and the event includes a walking-friendly experience within the course time limit.

Course
The course runs on public roads through Paradise, Mount Pearl, and St. John’s. It is not fully closed to traffic, so runners should expect normal race-day vehicle management along the route. The finish line closes at 11:30am.
