The 5K Foam Fest - Vancouver Island, BC 2026

The Vancouver Island course is set at Laketown Ranch Music & Recreation Park in Lake Cowichan. The route mixes obstacle stations with foam, mud, and water-play features across the 5K distance.

Course support includes water stations and rinse stations. On-site logistics also include gear check for a donation, plus camping add-ons for participants who want to stay at the venue.
