Terry Fox Run Vancouver takes place on Sunday, September 20, 2026 at Ceperley Park in Stanley Park, part of the national Terry Fox Run day across Canada. This non-competitive community walk and run supports cancer research through the Terry Fox Foundation, with no entry fee and fundraising encouraged.

Course details
The Vancouver Stanley Park run starts at Ceperley Park near Second Beach. The 3K route loops around Lost Lagoon and returns to Ceperley fields. The 10K route follows interior trails and the Stanley Park Seawall perimeter before finishing at the celebration area. Participants choose their route at the mass start; dogs, bicycles, and wheelchairs are welcome on the published courses.
