Terry Fox Run Calgary returns Sunday, September 20, 2026 at The Confluence (formerly Fort Calgary), part of the national Terry Fox Run day across Canada. The community run/walk follows a scenic river route through St. Patrick's Island with no entry fee; fundraising supports cancer research.
