Summerland Sweets 7.4/3.2K Trail Race 2026 comes to Summerland, BC on Sunday, September 20, 2026. Runners can choose between a 7.4 km long course and a 3.2 km short course. Set at the Summerland Rodeo Grounds, this trail event uses recreational and single-track trails and includes a 95-metre climb on the longer route. It’s a practical, no-frills trail day with race support, post-race refreshments, and a friendly community race feel.

The 7.4 km course includes 95 metres of elevation gain and both races use recreational and single-track trails from the Summerland Rodeo Grounds. There are washrooms at the start, medical support on site, and no aid stations.
