2026 Prairie Nightmare Backyard Ultra

Prairie Nightmare Backyard Ultra takes place on August 15, 2026 in Fort Qu'Appelle, SK, at Echo Valley Provincial Park. This backyard-style ultra starts at 8:00 AM and keeps the challenge rolling with a 6.706 km loop. Runners can take on the original last-person-standing format or ease into the experience with the Daydream option. The course is on gentle trails with grass, hardpack clay, and a little gravel, and the event also offers on-site camping for the weekend.
