The 9th Annual Mutt Strut 5K returns Saturday, August 29, 2026 at Hermitage Park Picnic Site 1 in Edmonton. Run or walk the scenic 5K route with leashed dogs welcome, raising funds for the Greater Edmonton Animal Rescue Society (GEARS).

Race day registration opens at 8:00 a.m. with the 5K starting at 9:00 a.m., followed by post-race celebrations at 10:00 a.m. Finisher medals for all participants; register by August 1 for guaranteed T-shirt sizing.

5K run/walk through Hermitage Park from Picnic Site 1. Leashed dogs permitted; prong collars and choke chains discouraged.
