Mikey’s Run returns to Burnaby, BC on Sunday, May 31, 2026, bringing runners, walkers, and families to Burnaby Lake for a community day on the trails. Choose from a 10K, a 5K walk/run, or a Kids’ 800m race. The course features wide, well-groomed trails, natural pathways, a full loop of the lake for the 10K, water support, and a start/finish at the Burnaby Lake rugby fields.

Runners follow a trail-based course around Burnaby Lake, with the 10K completing a full loop and the 5K heading out-and-back along the north side of the trail. The route is described as gentle and well-marked, with one water station near the 5K marker and course marshals to help keep runners on track.
