2026 La Course TROIS, 2, 1, GO!

The 19th La Course TROIS, 2, 1, GO! returns to Parc Maisonneuve in Montreal on Saturday, August 22, 2026. Presented by Caisse Desjardins du Centre-est de Montréal, it’s the Regroupement pour la Trisomie 21’s biggest annual fundraiser—an inclusive road day with 1 km, 2.5 km, 5 km, and 10 km options.

Only the 5 km and 10 km are timed (Sport Chrono), with pace bunnies on both; the 10 km is two laps of the 5 km course. Bib pickup opens at 7:00 a.m. at the park chalet, with starts from 9:00 a.m. through 11:30 a.m., then a family BBQ and picnic. For more road races in Montreal and other Montreal races, it’s a festive late-summer pick with a clear community cause.

The event is based at Parc Maisonneuve (4601 rue Sherbrooke Est). Official materials note that the 10 km is two laps of the 5 km course, with pace bunnies on both timed races. Starts: 10 km at 9:00 a.m., 5 km at 9:10 a.m., 2.5 km at 10:45 a.m., and 1 km at 11:30 a.m. Per the FAQ, only the 1 km is open to walking; the longer distances are run-only. The chalet and courses are described as accessible for people with reduced mobility. Transit is recommended; on-site parking is reserved for partners and staff.
