Gruesome Twosome 22K, 11K, 5K & 1K takes over Aldergrove Regional Park in Aldergrove, BC on August 22, 2026. This partner-inspired trail event also welcomes solo runners, with family-friendly options that make it easy to bring the crew along. Choose from 22K, 11K, 5K, or 1K on wide dirt and gravel trails with a mix of flat sections, rolling hills, and a double-loop 22K route. The event includes medals, aid stations, a finish-line food and party atmosphere, stroller-friendly options on select distances, and a BabyGoRound donation with registration.

Runners can expect wide packed dirt and gravel trails through Aldergrove Regional Park, with a 22K double-loop route and shorter distances on mainly flat to rolling trail sections. The course uses marked trails, aid stations, and a park setting that blends forest, meadow, and open trail running.
