2026 Butterfly Run Vancouver

Butterfly Run Vancouver returns for its eighth year on Saturday, October 3, 2026 at Olympic Village Square. This memorial walk and run raises awareness about infertility, pregnancy loss, and infant loss while fundraising for Butterfly Support Network counselling and peer support programs across British Columbia.

Participants can choose a 5K run or 3K walk, with virtual options for those who cannot attend in person. For more road races in Vancouver and other Vancouver races, it is a meaningful fall community event at a central False Creek start.

The event starts at Olympic Village Square in Vancouver's False Creek neighbourhood. The 5K run begins at 10:00 a.m. and the 3K walk at 10:15 a.m., with a pre-race program from 9:00 a.m. Race kit pickup is offered before event day in Langley and Vancouver, plus on-site from 8:00 to 9:00 a.m. on race morning.
