2026 Alzheimer Calgary Walk & Run

The Alzheimer Calgary Walk & Run returns Thanksgiving Sunday, October 11, 2026 at Prince's Island Park, raising funds for local programs and services supporting people impacted by dementia. Choose a 1K or 5K walk, or a 5K or 10K fun run, with in-person or virtual participation options.

Late registration opens 8:45 a.m. on race day, with welcome and warm-up from 9:45 a.m. and walk/run activities from 10:00 a.m. For more Calgary charity runs and road races, it's the city's October dementia fundraiser.

Routes start from Prince's Island Park in downtown Calgary. Participant items available for pickup at the registration tent on event day.
