The Saskatoon Heartbeat Run is an annual event supporting the Jim Pattison Children’s Hospital Foundation's Mending Little Hearts Fund of Saskatchewan. It offers various distances suitable for all ages and fitness levels, including a 10km run, 5km run/walk, 3km walk, and 1km fun run. The event promotes heart health and raises funds for pediatric cardiology.

Runners and walkers enjoy a scenic course along Meewasin Park and the North Saskatchewan River, with all events chip-timed and designed to welcome community involvement.

• Scenic course starts and finishes at Meewasin Park with views of the North Saskatchewan River and autumn foliage
• 10km route heads south to turnaround point, then returns north to complete 5km loop
• 5km and 3km routes are out-and-back along Meewasin Trail
• All routes on road surfaces
