The Run For Recovery is a family-friendly, organized and timed trail race event open to runners and walkers of all abilities. It raises funds for local impact programs and charities focused on addictions and substance abuse in the Tri-Municipal and greater Edmonton areas. Proceeds are split equally between Our House Addiction Recovery Centre and McDougall House.

• 12K Trail Run: 50% technical single-track, 50% rolling Nordic track with ~350m elevation change
• 6K Trail Run/Walk: 100% rolling Nordic track, accessible to most participants
• 3K Trail Run/Walk: Flat, double-wide trails suitable for all ages and abilities
• 1.2K Kid’s Fun Run: Flat, treed loop trail
• Trail surfaces throughout the courses
