The 5 Peaks Trail Running Series at Crawford Lake is the second race in Ontario's series, set in the scenic Crawford Lake Conservation Area. Runners will enjoy trails featuring reconstructed Indigenous longhouses and learn about Indigenous history through educational programs.

This event offers distances for all ages and abilities, from kids' fun runs to challenging adult trail races, emphasizing sustainable practices by being cup-free and welcoming all levels of trail runners.

* Course includes fast, flowing singletrack and some doubletrack * Significant climbs with roots, rocks, and sand on the trail * Surface: Trail * Suitable for both beginners and experienced trail runners

• Cups are not provided; participants are encouraged to bring reusable hydration systems
• No dogs, headphones, strollers, or baby joggers allowed on course
• Washroom facilities available at start/finish
