About the Course des Pompiers de Laval
The Course des pompiers de Laval is an annual running event held in L'Avenir, Quebec, organized by the Laval Fire Safety Service and the Fondation des pompiers du Québec. Race Distances:
- 42.2 km (Marathon): Challenging yet flat course, perfect for those aiming to qualify for Boston.
- 21.1 km (Half-Marathon): A flat and fast route, certified by Athlétisme Canada.
- 10 km: Ideal for intermediate runners, traversing iconic Laval landmarks.
- 5 km: Suitable for beginners and casual runners.
- 2.5 km & 1 km: Fun runs designed specifically for kids and families. 👨👩👧👦

- Marathon starts at Caserne 5 (Saint-François), 7900, avenue Marcel-Villeneuve.
- Half-Marathon starts at Église Saint-Vincent-de-Paul, 5443 boul. Lévesque Est.
- Other distances begin throughout the morning, all ending at the Grande Fête des pompiers site.
