2026 Run with Her

Run with Her returns to Windsor, Ontario on September 27, 2026, bringing runners, walkers, and families together at McHugh Park. This fall event supports the Welcome Centre Shelter for Women & Families and offers a welcoming morning of movement and community. The signature 5K Run and Walk follows scenic park pathways, with a Kids 1K Fun Run adding a family-friendly start to the day. Expect an inclusive, all-ages race atmosphere, plus on-site activities, music, prizes, and a finishers’ medal for the 5K.

The 5K route follows scenic park pathways at McHugh Park, with an aid station on course and a start/finish at the park. Parking is available at McHugh Park, with additional parking at the WFCU Centre.
