2026 JONESY'S RUN

JONESY'S RUN takes place on Saturday, June 27, 2026 in Tecumseh, Ontario at Lakewood Park South. This community run/walk honours Bob Jones and brings runners and walkers together on a park setting with family-friendly options. The event features a 5K run and walk, a 1K kids run/walk, and a 200m kids dash. The course uses the park’s paved outer trail, with three laps for the 5K, and includes a fundraising focus for The ALS Society of Windsor-Essex County.

The 5K follows three full laps around the paved outer trail at Lakewood Park South. The 1K uses a shorter lap within the park, and the kids dash is a 200m out-and-back on the paved trail. Separate start times are used because of the narrow path.
