2026 Canada Day Run & Walk

2026 Canada Day Run & Walk takes place in Regina, SK on July 1, 2026, bringing runners and walkers together for a Canada Day tradition by Wascana Lake. Choose from in-person or virtual 3K and 5K options, with courses that start and finish near the Queen Elizabeth II Flower Gardens on Walter Scott Way. It’s a family-friendly way to mark the holiday with a run or walk in the heart of the city.

The in-person courses start and finish between Wascana Lake and the Queen Elizabeth II Flower Gardens on Walter Scott Way. The 5K follows a clockwise loop around Wascana Lake, while the 3K heads out and back to Pine Island.
