The FAB 5K 2026

The FAB 5K returns to Hamilton on Saturday, June 20, 2026. Presented by Fit Active Beautiful, the event gathers runners and walkers at Confederation Park for a single-day community run. Fit Active Beautiful promotes fitness and activity in the region and brings that focus to this neighbourhood-friendly race.

Race day features a 5K Run/Walk alongside a 1K Dash, giving adults a short road/park challenge and younger participants a dedicated sprint distance. Both events start and finish at Confederation Park, keeping the on-course experience compact and convenient for families, spectators and crews.
