Course
The course consists of a 7 km loop winding through the Dundas Valley Conservation Area's Carolinian forest. Runners encounter primarily groomed double-track trails with rolling hills, offering approximately 130 meters of elevation gain per loop. The terrain is undulating, with no major climbs but continuous elevation changes that accumulate over multiple loops. The surface is mostly packed dirt and gravel, providing a fast yet challenging trail experience. The course direction alternates each year between clockwise and counter-clockwise, giving returning runners a fresh perspective.
