Stouffville Main Street 5K 2026

The Stouffville Main Street 5k takes place on June 21, 2026 in Whitchurch‑Stouffville, Ontario. Organized by the Markham Stouffville Hospital Foundation, this is the fourth annual running of the community 5K held on Father’s Day weekend. The event brings local families, clubs and neighbourhood walkers together to support health care close to home.
