The Queen City Marathon course is a certified loop run primarily on smooth, paved urban roads and park trails, offering minimal elevation change — perfect for personal bests or steady pacing. Beginning and ending in picturesque Wascana Park, the route showcases Regina’s scenic lake and city skyline. Enthusiastic local spectators line parts of the course, creating a friendly and uplifting race-day atmosphere. With a participant cap of up to 9,999 runners and in-person bib pickup available, logistics are smooth and runner-focused.
