2026 Wheat City Run

Wheat City Run brings a new community race day to Brandon, Manitoba on Saturday, October 3, 2026. Runners can choose from a 0.5 Mile Fun Run, 5K, 10K, or Half Marathon. Set around Dinsdale Park and downtown Brandon, the event blends road and trail sections with a strong local feel. It’s a charity run with a family-friendly atmosphere, finishers’ medals and shirts, and a route built to welcome a wide range of runners and walkers.

All routes start and finish at Stanley Park in Brandon. The 5K, 10K, and Half Marathon use road-and-trail conditions through the city, with the 10K capped by a 3-hour time limit and the half marathon expected to be a supported multi-lap route.
