2026 The Wooly Bully Races

The Wooly Bully Races return to Amherst Island on Sunday, August 16, 2026, with the start on South Shore Road in Stella, ON. This 15th edition brings runners to a scenic island setting with a new race site at the homestead of Reta Brown. Choose from a 5K, 10K, or 1K youth fun run and enjoy an out-and-back course along the shore of Lake Ontario. The route is marked, supported with water stations, and finished with post-race refreshments and a strong community feel.

The 5K and 10K follow an out-and-back route on South Shore Road along the shore of Lake Ontario. Every kilometre is marked, and the course includes water stations for both distances.
