2026 SUPERHERO RUN

SUPERHERO RUN 2026 takes over Assiniboine Park in Winnipeg, MB on Saturday, September 5, 2026. This 12th annual event brings runners, walkers, and families together for a morning of movement and community. Choose from 5K run/walk, 10K run, family/team 5K, family/team 10K, or a virtual 5K. It’s a superhero-themed event supporting Madox’s Warriors Foundation and DIPG research, with a strong family-friendly feel and a course set in one of Winnipeg’s signature parks.

The event is based at Assiniboine Park in Winnipeg, giving participants a park setting for race day. The available run/walk, team, and virtual options make it accessible for a range of runners and families.
