2026 Live Love Run 21K, 10K, 5K & 1K

Live Love Run 21K, 10K, 5K & 1K takes place on October 3, 2026 in Langley Twp, BC, with a start and finish at Brae Island Regional Park. Choose from 21K, 10K, 5K, 1K, or virtual entries on a trail course that follows the Fort-to-Fort Trail along the Fraser River. The event also includes stroller-friendly options, aid stations, finisher medals, and a fundraising focus supporting ABreast In A Boat.

The course starts and finishes at Brae Island Regional Park and runs along the Fort-to-Fort Trail. The 10K is an out-and-back route, while the 21K adds the Brae Island Regional Park loop; both use a wide dirt/gravel trail with aid stations on course.
