2026 Eddie's Big Run

Eddie's Big Run 2026 takes over Edson, AB on Saturday, May 30, 2026, bringing a community race day with something for a range of runners and walkers. The event features a 10K, 5K walk/run, 3K walk/run, and 1K kids fun run, all on Edson's trail system. A superhero theme adds a playful finish, with costumes encouraged, prizes for best-dressed racers, and a family-friendly atmosphere.

The 10K, 5K, and 3K routes follow Edson's trail system, with the 5K measured at 5.41 km this year and a marker at the 5 km point for personal timing. Course signage and volunteers will help direct runners, and first aid support is on hand.
