2026 Canada Day 5k

Canada Day 5k takes over Bear Creek Park in Surrey, BC on July 1, 2026. This community race brings together runners, walkers, and families for a festive Canada Day morning in one of Surrey’s best-known parks. Choose the 5K run or walk, bring the kids for the 400m dash, and enjoy a chip-timed finish, medal, and post-race fruit. The course loops through the park on pavement, gravel, and grass for an all-terrain race-day feel.

The 5K follows a loop through Bear Creek Park, mixing pavement, gravel, and grass for an all-terrain route. Parking sits close to the start and finish area, and the course is stroller-friendly.
