About the Baden Running Races
The Baden Running Races in Baden, Ontario, is an annual road and trail event hosted by the Township of Wilmot. Celebrating over 42 years of running tradition, the races offer a variety of distances across flat and mixed terrains, promoting fitness, camaraderie, and community support. 🏃♂️🏃♀️
Race Distances:
- 5K Run/Walk: Perfect for both seasoned runners and beginners, this flat course showcases the scenic roads of Baden.
- 2.5K Run/Walk: A unique route combining 1.75 km of the beautiful Schmidt Woods trail with 0.75 km of local roads, ideal for those seeking variety.
- Back2Back (7.5K): Combine the 5K and 2.5K races for a rewarding challenge across both road and trail segments.
- 200m Fun Run: An untimed, family-friendly run designed for kids to enjoy the excitement of race day. 👨👩👧👦
